A free tracker, and a fair price for the rest.
The core tracker is free forever, including exporting your own data. Penwise+ adds the parts that turn a log into an understanding of your treatment.
Free
0,00 €
forever
The core tracker, with no time limit. No card, no account, and nothing expires.
Monthly
2,49 €
per month
The low-commitment way in. Cancel any time from your store account.
Yearly
19,99 €
per year
The one most people pick. Works out at about a third less than paying monthly.
Lifetime
59,99 €
once
One payment, no renewal, no expiry. Costs the same as three years of the yearly plan.
Penwise+ is open for 14 days from the moment you install the app, with no card and no account. When that ends, the free tracker carries on.
Euro prices apply in the euro area. In Czechia and Poland the stores charge in koruna and złoty at the local price each store sets, so the amount there differs.

Cheaper than the alternative
Penwise+ is 19,99 € per year. The best-known GLP-1 tracker lists yearly plans above 30,00 € on the App Store, and does not offer a lifetime option at all. Penwise also adds estimated medication levels, post-shot vitals, pen and supply management, watch apps on both platforms and doctor reports on top.
Purchases are handled by the App Store and Google Play, so we never see your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your store account settings.
