Penwise

Know where you are in your dose cycle.

Penwise tracks every shot, your weight and how your body responds. Everything lives on your phone: no account, no server, nothing to leak.

Your health data never leaves your phone.

This is not a policy we could quietly change. There is no Penwise server for health data, so there is nothing for us to hand over, sell or lose.

  • No account

No email, no password, no sign-up. The app works the moment you install it.

  • No servers

Every dose, weight and symptom stays in the app on your device. We never receive it.

  • No tracking

No ad networks, no attribution SDKs, no third-party analytics on your health data.

  • Your export, your keys

Backups are encrypted on your device with a passphrase only you hold. We hold no keys.

Built for how GLP-1 treatment actually goes.

An estimated level, not just a date

A log tells you when you last injected. Penwise models how much medication is in your system right now, using real absorption and elimination half-lives for semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide and liraglutide. It is the difference between "my last shot was Tuesday" and "I am on the downslope, which is why the food noise is back".

The Insights screen showing treatment patterns and a weight trend.

Patterns you would never spot alone

Which injection site actually hurts less for you. Which day after a shot the nausea tends to land. Whether you are drifting late on your doses. Penwise only says something when it has enough of your own history to be right, so it stays quiet rather than inventing a pattern from three data points.

Progress worth sharing

A built-in studio turns your milestones into something that looks designed rather than screenshotted. Pick a subject, a layout and a palette, add your own photo and headline, and hand it straight to Instagram, WhatsApp or your camera roll.

The Penwise watch app showing the next dose and the current streak.

On your wrist, on both platforms.

Apple Watch and Wear OS apps are included at no extra cost. Most trackers in this category have neither.

  • Your next dose, your streak and your medication at a glance
  • Log a shot from the wrist; it syncs the moment your phone is back in range
  • Measure your resting heart rate after a shot and save it onto that shot
  • Watch face complications on both platforms, and a tile on Wear OS
  • The watch follows the colour and language you chose on your phone

Coming from Shotsy?

Import your export, CSV or backup, in a couple of taps. Shots, weights, sites and side effects all come across, importing the same file twice never duplicates anything, and the whole import can be rolled back if you change your mind.

Occasional updates, nothing else.

New features, what we are working on, and the odd thing we learn about GLP-1 tracking. A few times a year at most.
